Proper Technique — How to Get the Best Results

Prepare the Stem

Ensure the hose stem and interior are clean and free of debris before application. A clean surface means better adhesion and a cleaner assembly.

Wipe the stem with a clean cloth before applying lubricant.

Apply the Lubricant

Use the Ultra Clean® applicator bottle. Apply a generous, even coat around the full circumference of the stem for 360° coverage.

Rotate the stem while applying to ensure full even coverage.

Insert & Clean Up

Insert stem into hose and allow to set for approximately 30 seconds. Wipe off any excess immediately. Re-apply if needed for difficult installations.

Water-soluble formula wipes off cleanly — zero sticky residue.
